Sherlock's Tree and Countryside Services is proudly based in Ivybridge, Devon, and run by Mark, who brings 33 years of professional experience in gardening, grounds maintenance, hedge trimming, tree care, vegetation management, and ecological contracting. After five years working with an environmental consultancy—gaining specialist expertise in countryside management and habitat-sensitive clearance—Mark returned to self-employment to offer his skills directly to clients across Devon and the South West. We serve private clients and commercial partners—including ecological consultants, developers, and landowners—across Devon. For ecological contracts, we also travel further afield when required. Mark currently manages a long-term grounds maintenance contract near Ivybridge, maintaining a village of 120 dwellings with regular upkeep and seasonal care.
